Well this is the first entry in Scott's blog. This will be used to transmit updates to you. It will also be used to transmit all your thoughts, prayers and encouragements to Scott, Kirsty, Tanner, Kobe and Rhys.
For you to post something, just click on "Leave a comment", enter your name and e-mail address (it will not be seen on the site), then enter your comment. Your post will need to be approved in order to be posted, that is just the way a blog works.
I will also post here when there is a need for people to help Kirsty with something around the house or with the kids.
I am brand new at this, so expect things to change from time to time, but I will try my best to make you feel at home. Let's just say that I have the right people helping me.

I am more than willing to help Kristy out with drives to and from the hospital, meals, babysitting...whatever she needs to make this tough time a little easier. Parking at the hospital isn't cheap so if she can get there without a car, all the better!

I'm only one person whom most of you do not know, however, I very much wish to add my voice of support for a speedy and full recovery for Scott.
A little over 2 years ago Scott spoke on my behalf (without my even knowing!) which enabled me to get the job I now have and enjoy very much. Some months after that I had, and took, the opportunity to thank him for that.
Seeing the comments here and thinking back on that moment, I realize two things:
1. Scott is a truly wonderful man and a great person.
2. Although an outgoing individual with a strong voice, the biggest part of him cannot be seen. It is his heart. Inside of him there is a tiny spot for a bit of food, but the rest of him is all heart.
God speed, Scott. God speed.
