Although I do not know Scott all that well ( I was normally at home with Logan while Aidan &amp; Derek played hockey with Scott &amp; Steve), I have met him several times and I have a strong image in my mind of him. From the first time I met him, it was easy to see that he had a big heart. He was an amazingly dedicated hockey volunteer who brought his enthusiasm and good nature to the ice pad- a superb role model for the young kids. He was always so pleasant and positive, he created a great impression on me. It is unimaginable what has happened to this fine man, it makes me wonder what life is all about. This man deserves nothing but the best - this is unspeakable. Having met his family I know that Scott will perservere down this road with courage and positive thinking, perhaps that is what we all should learn from Scott at this time - that life is worth fighting for when you have three beautiful children and a wonderful wife at your side. We cannot imagine what you must be going through but we offer you our support - in any way shape or form. The days ahead will be long, undoubtedly, but you are not alone- some people live a lifetime without knowing how they have impacted the lives of others. I hope that you can all see that Scott has truly made his mark on his circle of friends and aquaintances. He, and your family, deserve only the best.
